PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The best of your provision is what you earn, and your children are part of what you earn.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The best (most pure) food that a man eats is that which he has earned himself.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
No man earns anything better than that which he earns with his own hands.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Nobody has ever eaten a better meal than that which one has earned by working with one's own hands. The Prophet of Allah, Dawud (as) used to eat from the earnings of his manual labor.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The Prophet Dawud (as) used not to eat except from the earnings of his manual labor.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
There are three types of Hands: The Hand of Allah is the highest, and the hand of the giver is below it, and the hand of the one who asks is the lowest. So give charity, and do not be too weak to overcome yourself.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The upper hand is better than the lower hand.
The upper hand is that of the giver and the lower (hand) is that of the beggar.
