DUWA
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
There is no Salat (Prayer) for one who does not have Wudu (Ablution), and there is no Wudu for one who did not mention the Name of Allah over it (while starting).
بِسْمِ اَللَّهِ
TRANSLATION:
In the Name of Allah.
EVEN INTENTION IS ENOUGH
Ibn Wahb narrated from AdDarawardi, who mentioned that Rabi'ah explained the meaning of the Hadith of the Prophet (ﷺ) : There is no Wudu (Ablution) for one who did not mention the Name of Allah over it, -"It is (about) the one who performs Wudu or Ghusl (Bath) but he does not have the intention to perform the Wudu (performed) for Salat (Prayer) or the Ghusl (performed) for sexual impurity."
EIGHT GATES OF PARADISE - OPENED
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever performs Wudu (Ablution), making Wudu well, then says:
أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ اللَّهُ وَحْدَهُ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَأَشْهَدُ أَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ
اللَّهُمَّ اجْعَلْنِي مِنَ التَّوَّابِينَ وَاجْعَلْنِي مِنَ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ
Then eight gates of Paradise are opened for him, that may enter by whichever of them wishes.
TRANSLATION:
I testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah Alone, there are no partners for Him. And I testify that Muhammad (ﷺ) is His servant and Messenger.
O Allah! Make me among the repentant, and make me among those who purify themselves.
