PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Gabriel continued to recommend me about treating the neighbors Kindly and politely so much so that I thought he would order me to make them as my heirs.
Mujahid narrated:
"Abdullah bin Amr had a sheep slaughtered for his family, so when he came he said: 'Have you given some to our neighbor, the Jew? Have you given some to our neighbor, the Jew? I heard the Messenger of Allah saying: 'Jibril continued to advise me about (treating) the neighbors so (kindly and politely), that I thought he would order me (from Allah) to make them heirs."
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
"By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe! By Allah, he does not believe!" It was said, "Who is that, O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)?" He (ﷺ) said, "That person whose neighbor does not feel safe from his evil."
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The neighbor that is the best to Allah is the one that is best to his neighbor.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, should serve his neighbor generously.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever believes in the Allah and the Last Day, let him treat his neighbour well.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
No one should prevent his neighbor from fixing a wooden peg in his wall.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
If you cook some soup, add extra water and send some to your neighbor.
Aishah said:
O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), I have two neighbors; with which one should I begin?’ He (ﷺ) said: ‘With one whose door is closest to yours.’”
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
O Muslim women! None of you should look down upon the gift sent by her sheneighbor even if it were the trotters of the sheep (fleshless part of legs).
