وَكَذَٰلِكَ جَعَلْنَاكُمْ أُمَّةً وَسَطًا
QURAN 2:143
And thus we have made you a just community.
لَا إِكْرَاهَ فِي الدِّين
QURAN 2:256
There shall be no compulsion in [acceptance of] the religion.
وَلَا تَسُبُّوا الَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ مِن دُونِ اللَّـهِ فَيَسُبُّوا اللَّـهَ عَدْوًا بِغَيْرِ عِلْمٍ
QURAN 6:108
And do not insult those they invoke other than Allah , lest they insult Allah in enmity without knowledge.
وَقُلِ الْحَقُّ مِن رَّبِّكُمْ ۖ فَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيُؤْمِن وَمَن شَاءَ فَلْيَكْفُرْ
QURAN 18:29
And say, "The truth is from your Lord, so whoever wills - let him believe; and whoever wills - let him disbelieve."
وَلَا تَسْتَوِي الْحَسَنَةُ وَلَا السَّيِّئَةُ ۚ ادْفَعْ بِالَّتِي هِيَ أَحْسَنُ فَإِذَا الَّذِي بَيْنَكَ وَبَيْنَهُ عَدَاوَةٌ كَأَنَّهُ وَلِيٌّ حَمِيمٌ
QURAN 41:34
And not equal are the good deed and the bad. Repel [evil] by that [deed] which is better; and thereupon the one whom between you and him is enmity [will become] as though he was a devoted friend.
قُلْ يَا أَيُّهَا الْكَافِرُونَ ﴿١﴾ لَا أَعْبُدُ مَا تَعْبُدُونَ ﴿٢﴾ وَلَا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ ﴿٣﴾ وَلَا أَنَا عَابِدٌ مَّا عَبَدتُّمْ ﴿٤﴾ وَلَا أَنتُمْ عَابِدُونَ مَا أَعْبُدُ ﴿٥﴾ لَكُمْ دِينُكُمْ وَلِيَ دِينِ ﴿٦
QURANN 109:1-6
1. Say, "O disbelievers,
2. I do not worship what you worship.
3. Nor are you worshippers of what I worship.
4. Nor will I be a worshipper of what you worship.
5. Nor will you be worshippers of what I worship.
6. For you is your religion, and for me is my religion."
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
May the extremists perish,
May the extremists perish,
May the extremists perish.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Religion is very easy and whoever overburdens himself in his religion will not be able to continue in that way. So you should not be extremists, but try to be near to perfection and receive the good tidings that you will be rewarded; and gain strength by worshipping in the mornings, the afternoons, and during the last hours of the nights.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
O people, you should observe moderation,
O people, you should observe moderation,
O people, you should observe moderation.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The best of your religion is that which is easiest.
The best of your religion is that which is easiest.
The best of your religion is that which is easiest.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Treat the people with good behavior
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The dearest of people to Allah is the one who does most benefit to people.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Simplicity is part of faith.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Allah is Kind and Lenient and likes that one should be kind and lenient in all matters.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Allah is Gentle and loves gentleness, and He rewards for gentleness what He does not reward for harshness or for anything else.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
There is no gentleness in a thing but it adorns it, and it is not removed from something but it mars it.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever is deprived of gentleness, he is deprived of goodness.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
O people, you will not be able to handle, or will not be able to do, all that you have been commanded to, but aim to achieve righteousness and come close to it.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Do (good) deeds which is within your capacity (without being overtaxed) as Allah does not get tired (of giving rewards) but (surely) you will get tired and the best deed (act of Worship) in the sight of Allah is that which is done regularly.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
You have been sent to make things easy (to the people) and not to make them difficult.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Make things easy for the people, and do not make things difficult for them and give them glad tidings and do not repel them.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
1) Be easy going and do not be harsh,
2) Give glad tidings and do not put people off,
3) Cooperate and do not be divided.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Be easy going and do not be harsh, give solace and do not put people off.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
No one forgives, but Allah increases him in honor.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Show mercy and you will be shown mercy.
Forgive and Allah will forgive you.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever does not show mercy to our little ones, and respect the rights of our elders, he is not one of us.
Narrated: Abu Hurairah
"It was said: 'O Messenger of Allah (ﷺ), pray against the idolaters.'
He (ﷺ) said: 'I was not sent as an invoker of curses, rather I was sent as a mercy."
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
The worst people are those whom the people desert or leave in order to save themselves from their dirty language or from their transgression.
Narrated Abu Musa:
Some people asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ), "Whose Islam is the best? i.e. (Who is a very good Muslim)?" He (ﷺ) replied, "One who avoids harming the Muslims with his tongue and hands."
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
An ant bit a Prophet amongst the Prophets, and he ordered that the place of the ants be burnt. So, Allah inspired to him, 'It is because one ant bit you that you burnt a nation amongst the nations that glorify Allah?
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
Whoever killed a Muahid (person having a treaty with the Muslims), shall not smell the smell of Paradise though its smell is perceived from a distance of forty years.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
If anyone
1) Wrongs a Muahid (person having a treaty with the Muslims),
2) Detracts from his rights,
3) Burdens him with more work than he is able to do, or
4) Takes something from him without his consent,
I will plead for him (the Muahid) on the Day of Resurrection.
PROPHET MUHAMMAD (ﷺ) said:
1) Be on guard against the unlawful and you shall be the most worshiping among the people,
2) Be satisfied with what Allah has allotted for you and you shall be the richest of the people,
3) Be kind to your neighbor and you shall be a believer,
4) Love for the people what you love for yourself and you shall be a Muslim.
5) And do not laugh too much, for indeed increased laughter kills the heart.
